Ultimate Nutrition Prostar 100% Whey Protein Creme Vanilla is a whey protein powder for people looking to increase protein intake as part of an active fitness routine. - Shaker cup: Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 8 oz of water or milk and shake for 25 to 30 seconds.
- Glass: Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 8 oz of water or milk. For a thicker shake, use 4 oz of water or milk. The instantised powder can also be mixed with a spoon.
