How to Use

Use the menstrual cup during your period as per your comfort. It may be worn while sleeping. If you have a heavy flow, you may need to change it sooner. During the same cycle, wash the cup with Menstrual Cup Wash and water before reusing it. Sterilise the cup before your next cycle.

Precautions and Warnings

If the cup feels stuck, stay calm. Gently squeeze the cup body between your finger and thumb several times to break the rim seal, then pull it out gently.
If needed, run a finger up to the rim and press inwards to let air pass between the rim and the surface it has suctioned onto. Then pull it out gently.
