Nestle Nestum Infant Cereal Rice Vegetable is a processed, rice-based complementary food in powder form for babies aged 8 to 12 months. It contains rice flour, tomato paste, spinach flakes, vitamins, minerals, inositol and alpha amylase. It is free from preservatives, added colours and flavours.

Boil drinking water or milk for 5 minutes, then allow it to become lukewarm. Pour 165 ml into a bowl, add 4 level scoops of cereal, and stir continuously until the feed is smooth.
