Lactare Granules is an Ayurvedic proprietary herbal formulation for breastfeeding women during lactation. Traditionally used as a Dugdhavardhak and Stanyavardhak, it may help support milk production. The cardamom-flavoured granules contain Shatavari, Gokhru, Vidaaree Kanda, Yashtimadhu, Chandrasura, Jeeraka, Sowa and Nagarmotha.

Take two measuring scoops, approximately 10 g, twice daily with one glass of milk, or as advised by a doctor.
