Wash your hands and the cup thoroughly with warm water. Hold the cup facing upwards and press its sides together to fold it into a C shape. Hold the folded cup between your thumb and forefinger.

Gently separate the vaginal opening with one hand and slowly insert the folded cup. Make sure it opens fully inside and forms a seal.

To remove it, wash your hands with warm water and soap. Hold the stem and pull until you can reach the bottom of the cup. Gently press the bottom to release the seal, then remove the cup completely.

Empty the cup into the toilet 2 to 5 times a day, depending on your flow. Rinse it thoroughly with water and reinsert it. After your period, wash it with lukewarm water and soap. Place it in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, allow it to air dry completely, and store it in the provided jute bag.
