Sleeping position: Open the diaper lengthwise without touching the inner surface and slide it under the back. Raise the lower panel between the legs. Fold the diaper around the waist and fasten the tapes. Fasten the lower tapes first, followed by the upper tapes.

Standing position: Place the open diaper at the back and raise the lower panel between the legs. Fasten the lower tapes first, followed by the upper tapes.

Disposal: If the diaper contains faeces, empty the faecal matter into the toilet and flush it. Do not flush the diaper. Wrap it in paper and place it in a covered dust bin.
