• Wash your hands, external intimate skin and the cup thoroughly. Rinse the cup well.
• Sit in a relaxed squatting position.
• Fold the cup by pressing down its circumference, then insert it with the open side facing up.
• Push it at about a 45-degree angle towards your pubic bone.
• Release the cup so it opens inside. Run a finger around the rim to check that it has fully opened and formed a seal.
• Push gently until it sits comfortably.
• To remove, relax, pinch the base to release the seal and gently pull downwards. Empty, rinse and reinsert.
