While standing: Place the opened diaper against the back. Bring the lower panel up between the legs and make sure it is properly supported. Fasten the lower tapes, followed by the upper tapes.

While lying down: Open the diaper, spread it lengthwise and slide it under the back. Fold it over the waist, make sure it is properly supported and fasten the lower and upper tapes.

To refasten: Lift only the white tape and attach it again to the blue section. Change the diaper every 8 to 14 hours for maximum protection.
