Dhootapapeshwar Swamala Classic-SF is an unflavoured, no-added-sugar Ayurvedic Chyawanprash. It contains amla pulp, honey, pure cow's ghee, herbs, gold and silver. This traditional formula may support general health, seasonal wellness, energy, and physical and mental strength.

• Adults: Take 1 tablespoonful (15 g) twice a day.
• Children aged 3 years and above: Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful (2.5 to 5 g) once or twice a day.
