Beurer Il 21 Infrared Lamp

Beurer IL 21 Infrared Lamp provides soothing, warming infrared light for home heat sessions. Its infrared A light can reach several millimetres into the body and may help relax tense muscles and support comfort during cold symptoms.

• Position yourself in front of the lamp for a comfortable session.
• Tilt the lamp towards the area you want to warm.
• Choose the distance based on your heat sensitivity and the treatment area.
• Start with a shorter session, then use it for 12 to 15 minutes. Limit use to a maximum of 2 treatments per day.
