Truebasics Natural Vitamin C with Zinc is an unflavoured tablet providing 40 mg vitamin C and 10 mg zinc. Zinc is an essential mineral, and the body has no dedicated zinc-storage system, so regular intake through food or supplementation is needed to maintain adequate levels.

Take the tablet with food to reduce the chance of nausea. It may be taken in the morning or evening.

Nausea may occur, especially when zinc is taken on an empty stomach.
