For scabies: Take a hot bath with soap and dry with a clean towel. Carefully cover the inside of the nails, breasts, armpits, buttocks and groin. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes in a warm room before putting on clothes. Wash infected clothing and linen, and treat infected people living in the same home at the same time. Take a bath the next day. One application is usually sufficient; a second application 2 days later may reduce the chance of failure.

For pediculosis: Coat the head thoroughly using a clean brush or hands. Wash the hair with soap and water the next day. Inspect the head after 7 days for re-infestation. For very heavy infestation, treatment may be given twice in 24 hours. If re-infestation occurs again, continue treatment for 2 more days.

For dandruff: Rub the lotion on the scalp. Wash the head with soap and water after 5 to 6 hours. If dandruff persists, repeat the treatment after 2 days.
