Press the start button and wait for the BP measurement to be complete. Read the instructions for use before operating the instrument. Always measure the same arm, typically the left arm and ensure to remove any garment that fits closely to the upper arm. Note the time of measurement along with the readings to understand BP variations throughout the day.
