• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
• Boil the feeding bowl or bottle, nipple and ring for 5 minutes.
• Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes, then cool it until lukewarm, approximately 40*C.
• Pour the required amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised feeding bottle.
• Use only the provided scoop. Level the powder with the levelling edge and do not heap it.
• Cap and shake the bottle well. If using a bowl, stir until the powder dissolves fully.
• Feeding guide:
  • 1st and 2nd week: 90 ml water with 3 level scoops, 6 feeds per day.
  • 3rd and 4th week: 120 ml water with 4 level scoops, 5 feeds per day.
  • 2nd month: 150 ml water with 5 level scoops, 5 feeds per day.
  • 3rd to 6th month: 180 ml to 210 ml water with 6 to 7 level scoops, 4 to 5 feeds per day.
• Prepare one feed at a time and discard leftover prepared formula after feeding.

Infant milk substitute is not the sole source of nourishment of an infant. Careful and hygienic preparation of infant milk substitutes is essential for health. Do not use fewer scoops than directed, since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrition needed by your infant. Do not use more scoops than directed, since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by your infant. Retain the feeding table/instructions given on this pack. Close the lid of this tin tightly after each use and always store this container in a cool, dry and hygienic place. After opening use the contents within 3 weeks or the use by date, whichever is earlier.
