Cilnikem Beta 2.5mg tablet should not be used in pregnancy as it may cause harmful effects on the fetus. In case of absolute necessity, the uteroplacental blood flow and foetal growth should be monitored; if any detrimental effects are seen, alternative treatment should be considered.

It is not known whether the content of Cilnikem Beta 2.5mg tablet passes into human breast milk. Therefore breastfeeding should be avoided during the administration of Cinikem Beta 2.5mg tablet.
