- This tablet should be taken as per the instructions given by your doctor
- It should be swallowed as a whole with a glass of water

Interactions of Cilnikem Beta 2.5mg Strip Of 10 Tablets
Interactions with other medicines
- Co-administration of calcium channel antagonists of the verapamil intravenously leads to profound hypotension and atrioventricular block
- Concomitant use of centrally acting antihypertensive medicine may worsen heart failure
- Co-administration with Class III anti-arrhythmic medicine like amiodarone may be potentiated
- An increase in the risk of hypotension and reflex tachycardia is seen when beta-adrenergic antagonists and anaesthetics are used simultaneously
- Oral anti-diabetics may mask the symptoms commonly associated with hypoglycaemia
- Concomitant use of calcium antagonists of the dihydropyridine type increases the risk of hypotension and causes an increase in the risk of deterioration of the ventricular pump function in patients with heart failure...
- Concomitant use of antipsychotics and antidepressants may enhance the hypotension effect of the beta-blockers
- Concomitant use of sympathomimetic agents may counteract the effect of beta-adrenergic antagonists
