Apply a sufficient quantity of Orthomol Gel on the affected area in a circular motion and gently massage until it is absorbed completely. Repeat this 3-4 times daily, or as directed by the Physician.
In case of chronic pain like severe joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, scatia, gout, lower back pain etc. take one Orthomol Capsule twice daily, before meals, preferably with lukewarm water for at least 1 month. For best results, Orthomol Capsule course can be continued for 3-6 months, or as directed by the Physician.
