Lm True Tablet is an anti-allergic medicine used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as runny & stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, blockage in airways and other allergic symptoms.

It contains a combination of levocetirizine and montelukast as its active components. You need to follow all the instructions of your doctor while taking this medicine. Also, do not modify the dose or stop it before the prescribed duration, even if you feel better. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor about your detailed medical history including all the medicines you are currently taking.
