  • Sodium valproate: Blood concentration of sodium valproate decreases when taken with faropenem
  • Imipenem and cilastatin sodium: Imipenem and cilastatin sodium combination with faropenem increases the concentration of faropenem in blood
  • Furosemide: Furosemide with faropenem increases kidney toxicity
