Forecox 450/300/800/750 Mg Kit 4 Description
Forecox tablets are used for treating tuberculosis or TB. It is composed of four medications: Isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol, and pyrazinamide. All are antituberculosis (anti-TB) medicines. Each o
f them helps in killing the bacteria in different ways. It is essential not to stop using this medicine, even if you feel better. TB is a bacterial infection that predominantly affects the lungs. It spreads from person to person through air droplets released during cough or sneeze. Symptoms of TB are persistent cough, weakness, night sweats, fever and weight loss. These bacteria die very slowly. It can quickly develop resistance to anti-tuberculosis medicines if the treatment is not followed precisely. So, different combinations of anti-TB medications are used for killing them. The Forecox tablet has four different anti-TB medicines. Doctors usually prescribe to take them for at least 6 to 9 months. The treatment duration depends on various aspects, which the doctors will assess and decide on a treatment plan. Continue the treatment for the entire course without stopping. Or else, the infection might come back, and it would get even harder to treat.
