Mode of Action
How Does It Work?
- D-Fresh-MR tablet works by the combined action of its three components - diclofenac, paracetamol and chlorzoxazone.
- Diclofenac and Paracetamol are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAID) that block the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cyclooxygenase is responsible for the formation of certain substances in the body called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation.
- Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant that works by blocking the pain signals through the nerve to the brain which helps to reduce pain and stiffness.
