Jaanch Autoimmune Advanced Package

The Jaanch Autoimmune Advanced Package is a comprehensive health check-up designed to support the evaluation of autoimmune diseases, in which the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks its own healthy cells and tissues. These conditions can affect multiple organs, including the joints, thyroid gland, digestive system, skin, muscles, and connective tissues, and often present with symptoms that overlap with many other disorders. A broader evaluation can help identify immune abnormalities, support early diagnosis, and guide timely treatment to reduce the risk of long-term complications.

This package comprises 34 tests that assess inflammation, detect autoantibodies, evaluate overall blood health, and provide additional insights into immune system activity. In addition to screening for autoimmune joint, connective tissue, and thyroid disorders, it includes ANA screening by indirect immunofluorescence (IIF), which provides antibody titres and staining patterns to support clinical interpretation. It also evaluates complement proteins (C3 and C4), which may be altered in certain autoimmune diseases, anti-thyroglobulin antibodies for autoimmune thyroid disorders, and tissue transglutaminase (tTG) IgA antibodies to help evaluate gluten-related autoimmune disease. Together, these tests provide a more detailed assessment of autoimmune disorders and help determine whether further evaluation or specialist referral is required.

The package requires a blood sample, which will be collected from your home by a trained phlebotomist. Fasting is generally not required. Your doctor will interpret the results together with your symptoms, medical history, physical examination, and other investigations, as no single test can confirm or rule out an autoimmune disease.
