What is the eligibility criteria?
This offer will be applicable on order placed on Pharmeasy online platforms during offer period
Full payment to be made with the PhonePe UPI only. No other payment instruments (Debit or Credit Card / Wallet) are applicable on this offer
The offer is not applicable if you make a partial payment with wallet / Credit or Debit Card.
For example, if an order value of ₹500 is paid using ₹100 PhonePe UPI balance and ₹400 through wallet / Credit or Debit Card, the offer will not be applicable
This offer is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu (owing to the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and other states wherever prohibited by law

How do I get the Scratch card?
On Pharmeasy online platform(s), select product(s), add to cart and proceed to pay.
On the payment page, select “PhonePe” as the payment method.
You will be redirected to the "Pay by PhonePe" screen; follow instruction specified (Click on Send OTP, Enter OTP and Login)
Pick the preferred payment option from the options shown (UPI only)
Click on "Pay" to complete the transaction
How do I redeem the Scratch card and get cashback?
On a successful transaction on Pharmeasy you get the scratch card
In the PhonePe app, click on View My Rewards section
Find the unscratched card and swipe to redeem the rewards
Once redeemed scratch card cashback will be credited within 24 hours

When do I get the Scratch Card?
Scratch card will be rewarded to your active PhonePe account within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction
What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?
In case of any cancellations, the cashback processed post redemption on scratch card on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.)
Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment
How do you get it?
You have to go to the Pharmeasy app, select the products of your choice & make the payment using PhonePe UPI
The offer can be availed once per user in the offer period.

Conditions in case of cancellation

1. A user can earn up to ₹9,999 cashback in the PhonePe Gift Card per financial year (i.e. 1st April to 31st March. from offers disbursed on PhonePe.
2. Redeem the Scratch Card within a month to avail the Cashback. Post that your Scratch Card will expire.
Your PhonePe Gift Card balance has a validity of 1 year from the date of issue, post which it will expire
3. Offer is applicable on both iOS and Android devices.
4. Cashback given against the scratch card can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner platforms/stores.
5. Cashback given against the scratch card cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers.
6. Any scratch card and cashback related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction.
7. The transaction must be initiated using a PhonePe linked bank account and completed by the user within the PhonePe app
8. PhonePe reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy decided by PhonePe from time to time.
9. PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
