Description
Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (Anti-Hbs) test is used to determine the presence of antibodies against Hepatitis B surface antigen by measuring the amount of anti-hbs antibodies in the blood. Hepatitis B virus spreads mainly through body fluids or unsafe sexual intercourse. A positive Hepatitis B surface antibody test requires further testing to determine the level of infection in the body.
