Pregnancy

Breast Feeding

Can I take Divalproex while breastfeeding?

This medicine passes into breast milk, but if the mother requires Divalproex after the doctor’s consultation, it is not necessarily a reason to discontinue breastfeeding. Follow your doctor’s advice.

Driving

Can I drive if I have consumed Divalproex?

This medicine may cause problems with your vision and alertness, so it is not advisable to drive when taking this medicine.

Alcohol

Can I consume alcohol with Divalproex?

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with this medicine.
