High cholesterol level is the reason for many heart diseases. Arogyavardhini Vati may be beneficial for individuals suffering from digestive problems like indigestion and irregular bowel movements due to its laxative and anthelmintic properties (that kill any worms in the digestive tract). It may improve appetite and digestion.2    However, this effect of arogyavardhini vati needs more scientific evidence. Consult your doctor for proper advice.

Arogyavardhini Vati may aid in skin diseases. I recently came across a study that says Arogyavardhini vati is a potent Ayurvedic remedy with anti-inflammatory properties.
