Potential uses of Arogyavardhini Vati in preventing heart diseases

High cholesterol level is the reason for many heart diseases. Arogyavardhini Vati has shown effectiveness in reducing the cholesterol level and increasing the HDL (good cholesterol) in the blood in studies.5 It may also help by strengthening the heart muscles.2    These activities, however, are yet to be proven in humans. Potential uses of Arogyavardhini Vati for the Gastrointestinal tract

Arogyavardhini Vati may be beneficial for individuals suffering from digestive problems like indigestion and irregular bowel movements due to its laxative and anthelmintic properties (that kill any worms in the digestive tract). It may improve appetite and digestion.2    However, this effect of arogyavardhini vati needs more scientific evidence. Consult your doctor for proper advice.

Arogyavardhini Vati may be beneficial in reducing the inflammation of the liver, kidneys, bladder, spleen, uterus, and intestine. It may help in the many inflammatory conditions of the intestine.2    You should consult a doctor for prescription and guidance.

Though studies show the benefits of arogyavardhini vati in various conditions, these are insufficient and there is a need for further studies to establish the true extent of the benefits of arogyavardhini vati on human health.

Arogyavardhini Vati may aid in skin diseases. I recently came across a study that says Arogyavardhini vati is a potent Ayurvedic remedy with anti-inflammatory properties.
