Worked at Tata Memorial Hospital (2002–2004) as a Clinical Nutritionist in the Gastrointestinal department; Worked as a Junior Dietician at Sushrusha Hospital in 2000 and as a Preventive Healthcare Nutritionist at NM Medical Centre; Co-founded a diet center at NM Medical in 2004 to offer personalized nutrition advice; Started Eatrite – The Nutrition Clinic in 2006 to help people with diet plans, school nutrition programs, and corporate wellness; Became a Monash Certified IBS Nutritionist in 2023, helping people with gut health issues like IBS and Celiac Disease; Worked with big companies like Unilever, Cognizant, and Patni to provide diet advice, cafeteria audits, and health workshops; Helped children and parents at Jamnabai Narsee School and Spastic Society of India with nutrition awareness and healthy eating.
