At PharmEasy, we want to make sure your healthcare journey is as smooth as possible. Sometimes, uploaded prescriptions might require a little clarification. In these cases, we offer a free teleconsultation with a trusted doctor from DocStat, a partner of Docon Technologies Private Limited.

Here’s how it works:

1. If your uploaded prescription is invalid, incorrect or needs further clarification, our doctors will schedule a free teleconsultation for you.
2. Based on your conversation with the doctor, a new prescription will be created, and then your order will be placed.

What if you don’t want a consultation?

1. Please write to us at care@pharmeasy.in
2. You can also choose not to answer the doctor’s call.

Important Note

In the absence of a prior response, we will proceed with the consultation as planned. You may still decline the consultation by speaking directly with the doctor during the call.

What will the consultation cover?

1. The doctor may ask about your symptoms and medical history.
2. They can explain the medication and its potential side effects.
3. You can ask any questions you have about the medication or your health.
4. Ultimately, the decision to have a consultation is yours.
