IME-9 and BGR-34 fall under the category of ayurvedic medications. Thus, consultation by an ayurvedic physician is necessary if you wish to incorporate it into the treatment.
Treatment under allopathy does not recommend any of them as an alternate treatment option.
Please avoid altering or adding anything new to the current line of medication without your doctor’s approval.
Further, proper monitoring of blood sugar levels, daily exercise and intake of a healthy diet can help manage both diabetes and heart conditions. You can take help from a nutritionist for the dietary changes.
Routine blood investigations from time to time at least once in three months can also help manage the conditions better.
