At PharmEasy, we want to make sure your healthcare journey is as smooth as possible. Sometimes, uploaded prescriptions might require a little clarification. In these cases, we offer a free teleconsultation with a trusted doctor from DocStat, a partner of Docon Technologies Private Limited.

Here’s How It Works

• If your uploaded prescription is invalid, incorrect or needs further clarification, our doctors will schedule a free teleconsultation for you.
• Based on your conversation with the doctor, a new prescription will be created, and then your order will be placed.

What If You Don’t Want a Consultation?

• Please write to us at care@pharmeasy.in
• You can also choose not to answer the doctor’s call.

Important Note: In the absence of a prior response, we will proceed with the consultation as planned. You may still decline the consultation by speaking directly with the doctor during the call.

What Will the Consultation Cover?

• The doctor may ask about your symptoms and medical history.
• They can explain the medication and its potential side effects.
• You can ask any questions you have about the medication or your health.
• Ultimately, the decision to have a consultation is yours.
