Safe Dosage Of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Apple cider vinegar can be had in the same amount as regular vinegar, you can use it as a substitute in normal cooking (particularly in salad dressing).
  • If you plan on drinking it in a beverage, dilute 5ml-30ml in a full glass of water (1-6 teaspoons). Be sure to start slow and allow your body to get accustomed to smaller amounts first before increasing your dosage.
