Dr. Yax Shah is a pharmacology specialist with experience in clinical pharmacology, medical education, pharmacovigilance, and research. He is currently serving as a Senior Resident at GMERS Medical College. Previously, he worked as a Senior Resident at Grant Medical College & Sir JJ Group Of Hospitals, where he delivered pharmacology education to MBBS, BDS, and nursing students, conducted postgraduate seminars, and managed adverse drug reaction monitoring and Vigiflow reporting to support patient safety and regulatory compliance. He completed his M.D. in Pharmacology from Topiwala National Medical College and trained as a Resident Doctor in the Department of Pharmacology at TNMC & BYL Nair Hospital. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a Medical Officer at AMC MET. His areas of expertise include pharmacovigilance, adverse drug reaction reporting, clinical pharmacology, medical teaching, and drug cost analysis research.
