Dr. Sagar Arvind Gavankar is a pharmacology specialist with expertise in clinical pharmacology, medical administration, research, and patient care. Since May 2025, he has been serving as a Senior Resident at Government Medical College, Nagpur. He earned his M.D. in Pharmacology from Swami Ramanand Teerth Rural Government Medical College, where he trained extensively in clinical and experimental pharmacology, pharmacovigilance, toxicology, drug development, and clinical research. During his residency, he actively contributed to journal clubs, seminars, case discussions, undergraduate teaching, and intern mentorship. Previously, he worked as a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant at BMC Nair Hospital & T N Medical College, managing COVID-19 care operations, vaccination drives, emergency triage, and multidisciplinary healthcare coordination during the pandemic.
