Poster Presentation on “ POSITIVITY RATE OF DIRECT COOMB’S TEST (DCT) IN PATIENTS OF NICU WITH DETAILS OF BLOOD GROUP OF MOTHER AND BABY IN THE LAST ONE YEAR” organized by a blood bank, Sheth V.S General Hospital, on 10 th February 2018 at Ahmedabad ( won 1st prize); 3rd Place in the Indian Society of Hematology and Blood Transfusion National Hematology Quiz, Gujarat State round on 7th -10th November 2019; Received a certificate of appreciation in recognition of outstanding performance and excellence in the on-site operator training program twice during 25- 26.

She is currently working full-time as a Consultant Pathologist and Lab Head at Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., Diagnostic Laboratory, Ahmedabad. Previously, she worked as a Consultant Pathologist at Neuberg Supratech Laboratory, Anand, for 17 months and at Krishna Diagnostic Laboratory, Anand, for 11 months. She has over 2 years of experience in consultant pathology roles, in addition to her current position as Lab Head.
