You can raise a return within your item's return window. To return it:

1. Go to Account, then Orders.
2. Select the order.
3. Tap View details on the shipment, then tap Return.
4. Check the return-by date, then select the item, quantity, and reason.

We'll pick it up within 1–7 days — keep it in its original packaging with the invoice handy. Non-Returnable items can't be picked up, even alongside a returnable item in the same request.
