I forgot to apply the Coupon code / I wish to Change the Coupon code - Diagnostics orders
Go to "My Account"
Click on "My Orders"
Click on "Lab tests" option,
You can see all your lab test orders
Select the active order on which you wish to add/change the coupon code.
Please proceed to "Cancel" the order
Please select "Discount/Cashback/Coupon concern" as the reason for cancellation.
Click on "Proceed"
You will be directed to the page where you can add/change the Coupon code in the existing order.
Click on "Confirm" and your coupon code will be applied on the order, check coupon benefits.
Proceed and pay if not paid already
In case if you have paid more amount the difference amount will be refunded back to the source.
For example
You have selected Comprehensive full body health checkup with Vitamin D and B12 and you forgot to apply the coupon code which is XXXX100 where you are supposed to get an instant discount/Cashback.
In this instance, Please proceed to cancel the order then you need to select the "Discount/Cashback/Coupon concern" as the cancellation reason, it will redirect you to the page where you can apply/Change the Coupon code you are eligible for. Once coupon code is entered click on confirm and then you will be able to see the updated coupon benefits.
