Once we start your refund, the time to reach you depends on how you paid:

• PharmEasy Wallet / Cash on Delivery — within 24 hours
• PhonePe & other wallets — 3–5 business days
• Credit / Debit Card — 5-7 business days
• UPI — 5–7 business days (to your linked bank account)
• NEFT / Bank refund — 5–7 business days
• Net Banking / Bank Transfer — 7–10 business days

Good to know:

• For a cancelled order, the refund starts once all shipments are delivered or cancelled.
• Delivery and convenience charges aren't refunded.
• Actual timing follows your bank and RBI guidelines, so it can vary.
