PharmEasy Wallet is a closed virtual wallet you can use only for purchases on PharmEasy — it can't be withdrawn as cash. It holds two balances: Cashback Amount, which expires and covers up to 5% of a medicine order or 50% of a lab test or doctor consult, and Refund Cash, which never expires and can be fully used. Both are applied automatically at checkout when available.
