You shall be entitled to avail a free lab test (up to Rs. 1500) under the “On Time Or Free” (OTOF) offer in an event where the assigned phlebotomist or technician fails to arrive at the order address within the allotted time slot.

For example-

ou have selected or have been allotted the time slot for a sample collection between 9:30–11:00 am and the assigned Phlebotomist or technician reaches at 11:05 am. In this instance, you will be eligible for a free lab test (up to Rs. 1500), and the applicable amount will be credited as refund credits to your PharmEasy wallet once your order is completed.

The Offer is valid only for select cities namely Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Surat and Vadodara. The customer shall verify the availability of the Offer at his/her location before availing the Offer.

The Offer will NOT be applicable in the event the delay is caused directly or indirectly due to forces beyond the control of the Merchant and Platform, including, without limitation, rains, storms and other weather changes, strikes, work stoppages, accidents etc.

This offer is applicable both on Prepaid & Cash on Delivery Order. In case of Cash on delivery Orders, Customers will have to pay the Phlebotomist or technician at time of sample collection and refund will be issued as credits in the PharmEasy wallet after validation.
