I can anticipate that you are quite stressed after reading this news. Please do not worry. There are cases of COVID-19 even now but the number of serious infections and hospitalisations have reduced. There are several causes of fever other than COVID-19. Common causes these days are flu, dengue, malaria, food poisoning, typhoid, UTI, or another bacterial or viral infection.
It is not possible for me or any other doctor to tell you the cause of your fever just by reading the question you have posted.
I suggest you consult a doctor for the diagnosis and required treatment. The RT-PCR test for COVID-19 can confirm the condition. Your doctor may also recommend other tests, depending on your symptoms, to diagnose the problem.
