I have a fever and body pain. Can I take Meftal Spas with Paracetamol? Not sure if they can be taken together or if it might cause side effects. Has anyone tried this before?

After taking Meftal Spas, I feel very sleepy and tired, like I just want to lie down. Is that a normal side effect, or should I stop using it? It helps with pain, but makes me so lazy afterwards.
