How much water should I add to the Econorm sachet? I got it for stomach upset, but the instructions aren’t very clear. Should it be mixed in a full glass of water or just a few spoons?

You don’t need a full glass of water for Econorm. The sachet is meant to be taken with just a small amount of water so that you can finish it easily.
You can simply empty the sachet into 3–4 tablespoons of cool or room-temperature water (around 30–50 ml), mix it well, and drink it right away. You don’t have to be very exact; the idea is just to use enough water to swallow it comfortably.
You can even mix it in curd, buttermilk, ORS, or juice if that feels easier. Just make sure whatever you use is not hot, because heat can reduce its effect.
If your stomach issues are getting worse, not improving, or you’re unsure about the dose, it’s always best to check with your doctor, especially if you plan to give it to a child or take it for more than a couple of days.
