2. Keep Them Hydrated: Encourage them to drink plenty of fluids. You may offer them homemade healthy soups, buttermilk, lemonade, milk, coconut water etc. 
3. Provide Nutritious Meals: Ensure they eat balanced meals to support their immune system. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Give them freshly cooked, easy-to-digest food.
4. Rest and Comfort: Help them rest and create a comfortable environment.
5. Keep a record of their body temperature, BP and Pulse. This will help the doctor in tracking their recovery.
