Yes, you may eat shrimp even if you have developed a Type 1 condition. However, you must consult your health practitioner. Depending on your current health status, the doctor may or may not advise you to consume shrimp.

Eating shrimp can cause a mild to moderate rise in glucose levels. At the same time, the protein content in the same is over 18gm per 100 gm of shrimp, which is healthy, especially for people with Type 1 diabetes.

People with Type 1 diabetes are usually at a higher risk of losing muscle strength and muscle mass, which we call Diabetic Amyotrophy. So the rich protein content of shrimps will help improve muscle mass and strength.

You may have to be careful if you have high cholesterol. With all the advantages shrimp provides us with, it also causes an increase in the level of blood cholesterol. So as a recommendation, cousming shrimp two times a week would be beneficial.Moderation is the key here.

A condition commonly seen in children is a fungal infection called tinea capitis. Capitis is a ringworm infection of the scalp.

Tinea capitis is a condition in which hair loss can be seen in patches over the scalp. Generally, the hair grows back if the complete treatment is taken on time.

Treatment involves oral antifungals and various solutions. Shampoos can also be used with this. The treatment needs to be continued for many months to ensure that the infection is treated completely.

It is essential to consult a dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis and correct treatment.

Dandruff can take time to clear. The initial treatment should be used for four to six weeks to see the effect. If the treatment doesn’t work, changing or using products with different ingredients may be necessary.

Hair fall can be seen because of dandruff. However, there are a lot of other factors that can play a role. It is essential to follow a healthy diet, keep stress to a minimum, exercise regularly, and get seven to eight hours of sleep a night.

In case of hormonal problems, you may require additional treatment. Some cases also need supplementation of vitamins and other micronutrients.

A dermatologist will guide you regarding the ideal course of action and what treatment is needed.

A receding hairline is associated with androgenetic alopecia or male pattern baldness, a condition seen in most men. It can start as early as the teenage years and becomes more common in the fifties.

This pattern of hair loss is not related to dandruff. It occurs due to an upsurge of testosterone, a male hormone, resulting in hair falling out.

However, itching and flaking are changes associated with dandruff. These can be treated using an anti-dandruff shampoo. Shampoos containing ketoconazole, zinc pyrithione, or selenium sulfide are recommended.

Treating dandruff will not result in hair growing back. It is crucial to prevent further hair loss.

Hair regrowth depends upon the severity of hair loss and requires examination by a doctor and some tests. The treatment has to be continued for several years, and complete regrowth may not be seen. Following this, your doctor may prescribe tablets and solutions.

Anti-dandruff shampoos are not harmful to the hair. They should be used as prescribed. Consult a dermatologist to find the products best suited for this condition.

Home remedies are not usually effective in the treatment of dandruff. Using coconut oil is not advisable if you have dandruff.

An oily scalp promotes the growth of the fungus that causes dandruff. Deep cleaning and regular hair wash are necessary to remove excess oil from the scalp. This also helps clear the buildup of hair products.

Seborrheic dermatitis is a condition seen due to excessive oil production in the scalp. It may also present with yellow, thick scales.

A detailed examination of the scalp and other areas of the body, especially the face and back, is required to make a diagnosis. It is advisable to reach out to a dermatologist who can give the appropriate guidance.

Patches may also be seen in psoriasis. These conditions require a different line of treatment. If the condition is present for many years, it can sometimes become resistant to treatment. This means that stringer products or tablets may be required.
