First of all, please note that HbA1C of 6.8 is a mild stage of diabetes.
T.Trivolib contains three medicines- Metformin, Glimepiride, and Voglibose. All these medicines help reduce sugar levels and increase metabolism, further reducing blood sugar levels.
But please make sure that you follow up with your diabetologist every three months to get your medicines reviewed regularly against your blood sugar levels.
Coupled with a healthy meal plan, regular exercise, weight loss if necessary and timely medication, you can definitely control your Hba1c better. You can also consult a nutritionist as well to help you formulate a dietary plan as per your lifestyle and food preferences.
