Can Becosules capsule cause a headache or dizziness

Can Becosules capsule cause headache or dizziness? I took one capsule today, and after some time, I felt lightheaded and tired. Not sure if it’s from the capsule or maybe something else I ate.

    Dear Reader,

Becosule is a multivitamin supplement containing several B-complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid) and vitamin C. These nutrients are generally safe, but they can very occasionally cause temporary reactions in sensitive individuals.

Possible reasons you felt dizzy or tired:

    • Empty stomach: Taking Becosule without food can sometimes cause mild nausea, lightheadedness, or a drop in blood sugar, especially in the morning.
    • Vitamin sensitivity: A few people are sensitive to high doses of B vitamins (such as niacin or B6), which can occasionally cause flushing, headaches, or dizziness.
    • Other causes: The symptoms might also be unrelated, like dehydration, skipping meals, stress, or low blood pressure. Sometimes, coincidental factors make it seem like the capsule is the cause.

     What you can do:

    • Always take Becosule after a full meal and with a glass of water.
    • Avoid taking it on an empty stomach or with just tea or coffee.
    • Rest and hydrate if you feel dizzy.
    • If you consistently feel lightheaded after taking it, stop for a few days and see if the symptoms disappear. If they do, discuss alternatives with your doctor.

In short, Becosule rarely causes headache or dizziness, but mild symptoms like yours can happen. It’s not dangerous, but take it after food and monitor how you feel, and check with your doctor if it keeps recurring.
