Can Orofer XT cause nausea or vomiting? I take it after food, but still feel uneasy and sometimes feel like throwing up. Does anyone else get this after taking it?

I have acidity and take Pan 40 every morning before breakfast, but still feel burning in my chest sometimes. Does that mean it’s no longer working, or do I need to continue for longer?
