Pacitane 2 MG Description

Pacitane tablet is used to treat Parkinson's disease and movement disorder. It contains Trihexyphenidyl as an active ingredient. Pacitane tablet has anti-spasmodic properties (relieves muscle spasms) and is recommended for Parkinson's disease.

Parkinson's disease is a brain disorder that can lead to loss of control over certain body functions and is accompanied by shaking stiffness, and difficulty with walking, balance and coordination. Bexol 2 mg tablet also has Trihexyphenidyl as its active ingredient.

Trihexyphenidyl inhibits the action of certain chemicals in the brain responsible for symptoms of Parkinson's and also relaxes smooth muscles. Thus, it helps in relieving the rigidity and stiffness of the muscles.
