Mode of Action of 4 Quin D Eye Drops 10ml

How Does It Work?

Dexamethasone acts by diminishing the inflammatory response in the body, whilst Moxifloxacin inhibits topoisomerase II (DNA gyrase) and topoisomerase IV.

Directions for Use of 4 Quin D Eye Drops 10ml

One or two drops of 4 Quin D Eye drops is administered topically. This may differ based on the patient, consult your doctor.

Interactions with other medicines

The intraocular pressure may increase when anticholinergics are given with dexamethasone.
The therapeutic effect of Dexamethasone may be reduced by phenytoin, phenobarbitone, ephedrine and rifampicin
Dexamethasone increases the plasma salicylate clearance rate
The neuroexcitatory activities of moxifloxacin maybe increased aspirin
Atropine with moxifloxacin increases the risk of delayed ventricular repolarisation
Moxifloxacin decreases the efficacy of BCG vaccine
If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering 4 Quin D Eye drops
