What is Nomophobia?

NOMOPHOBIA, short for NO MObile PHone PhoBIA, refers to a psychological condition where individuals fear about being detached from their mobile phones.

When people feel anxious about not having their phone with them, it could be a sign of nomophobia. They might worry a lot and feel uneasy.

Shivering or trembling due to anxiety may also present as a symptom of nomophobia.

#3 Agitation or Anger

People with nomophobia might get really upset or angry when they can't use their phone. It's because they feel like they've lost touch with something important.
