Vomitting & Diarrhea

Taking too much iron can make you throw up, have diarrhea (which could be bloody or dark), or feel weak.

Blurry Vision

Having too much Vitamin A can make you feel sick, dizzy, and blur your vision.

Frequent Urination

Overconsumption of vitamins can lead to increased frequency of urination.

Dry Lips

Excessive vitamin intake can cause dry lips and irritation in the eyes.

Muscle Weakness

An excess of vitamins can lead to weakness in muscles, along with joint and bone pain.
